Is the cuil search engine ever going to recover?
When the cuil search engine launched in late July, it got an amazing amount of press coverage. Unfortunately, it also got an absolute ton of bad press. People were complaining about lack of relevant search results, a confusing interface, and slow load times. It seemed like Cuil wasn’t really ready to launch yet. If you look at its Alexa graph, you can see that it hasn’t had much traffic at all for the last two months. The only way I can see them getting back into the game is if they totally redesign their algorithm and return better results for searches.
